Organization and Background
The USCCE is a national non-profit organization dedicated to elevating and enhancing the professions of sport coaching, coach education and coach development. The USCCE is responsible for the NCACE Accreditation and Recognition programs. The National Committee for Accreditation of Coaching Education (NCACE) is the premier authority on coaching education in the United States. Operating as a program of the United States Center for Coaching Excellence, NCACE offers accreditation and national recognition to sport organizations and institutions responsible for the preparation of coaches at any and all levels of sport. Our rigorous review process ensures alignment with SHAPE America’s National Standards for Sport Coaches, and that coaches are trained to effectively meet the unique developmental needs of every athlete. Through forward-thinking leadership and our team of expert reviewers, NCACE is uniquely positioned to provide the highest quality, empirically-based guidance for the creation, implementation and evaluation of coaching education programs.
Account Associate Duties and Responsibilities
Account Relations-Strategy and Action
- Create a clear, explicit, and explained strategy for account and membership acquisition
- Define important information and create an account plan
- Create and manage account reports to informs key stakeholders
- Advertise and analyze key account holders
- Reach out to prospective accounts to finalize the sale
- Build Strategic partnerships and relationships with key accounts and prospects
- Implement marketing strategy for the USCCE and the NCACE
- Meet with key stakeholders to show our product in a positive light
- Create action documents and proposals that are sent to prospects
- Uphold accountability and networking to identify opportunities for future accounts
- Effectively research and network with the coach developer sector, with the ultimate goal of supporting the USCCE strategic goals
Marketing and Advertising- Strategy and Action
- Create a marketing plan for web, print, email, and social media for USCCE Membership & NCACE
- Create and manage MailChimp email marketing platform
- Draft text and manage design of electronic announcements
- Provide USCCE Membership and NCACE growth social media content
- Provide content and organize email blast to prospective members/NCACE
Other
- Participate in weekly zoom calls with committee and BOD to provide updates and tracking reports
- Regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure expectation are met
Contract Terms and Details
USCCE will pay for and provide a USCCE/NCACE email address & Google Drive for file storage.
This position is a part time (up to $15/hour pending experience; anticipated 5-6 hours/week) independent contractor position to start. Position growth opportunities based on position impact on the actualization of the organization’s strategic goals and initiatives. Initial contract term will be six months, with renewal subject to evaluation of performance.
